| “As a part of our continued commitment to the reliability of our electric system and to provide enhanced services to our Members, PEC has partnered with contractors, Pike Electric Corporation, to begin inventory, inspections, and upgrades of street and roadway lighting in your area. This project is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2022. The new LED lights are very similar to the existing lights; however, these lights will report their own outages, which will expedite repairs, and they are Dark-Sky Friendly. Members who have a non-LED line item on their bills will see a change as we work through this project as outlined in PEC’s tariff. |
