CCCFA Applications

The CCCFA is currently accepting Donations and Sponsorship Applications for Oktoberfest and future events, as well as volunteers willing to assist in hosting. Anyone who wishes to apply can download the forms below and send them to our email for processing. If you have any questions, feel free to leave us an email at social@cityofcreedmoortx.gov, or attend one of the CCCFA’s meetings every third Wednesday of every month. Volunteers must be present at a meeting to apply.
