UPDATE 9-9-24 – POSTPONED BID DUE DATE AND BID OPENING DATE ONE WEEK:

The City of Creedmoor requests bids from a licensed and qualified contractor to evaluate, determine, design, and install a septic system for a maintenance shop located at 5008 Hartung Lane, Creedmoor, Texas 78610. Submittals should be sealed as required under the purchasing and contracting provisions in the Texas Local Government Code. The City encourages historically underutilized businesses to submit bids.  The City reserves the right to award a contract to a bidder on total lowest/best cost per line item which provides the best value to the City. The bid specification packet for Bid #240828 may be accessed online at www.cityofcreedmoortx.gov. Sealed bid deadlines have been postponed one week and are now due at Creedmoor City Hall, 5008 Hartung Lane, Creedmoor, Texas 78610, by September 18th at 3 p.m. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at Creedmoor City Hall, 5008 Hartung Lane, Creedmoor, Texas 78610, on September 19th at 10 a.m
